Absentee ballot requests near 400,00 in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A lot of voters in Indiana want to vote from home in next month’s election. Indiana’s Secretary of State yesterday said 391,000 people have requested an absentee ballot for the June 2nd election.

If you do submit an absentee ballot, it must be there before noon (not postmarked) on June 2nd.

Election managers are encouraging people to vote absentee to stop the possible spread of the coronavirus. If you’d like an absentee ballot, you have until the end of the day tomorrow to request one.
