FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Authorities in Fort Wayne are looking for answers after someone dropped a nearly starved puppy off at a local shelter. Managers at Fort Wayne’s Animal Control say someone dropped off the emaciated puppy last December.
They are just now investigating how the dog was so small and underfed. There are pictures of the puppy on Animal Control’s Facebook page. Rescuers are looking for tips to find the puppy’s owner.
