Evansville woman charged with stealing from dead toddler’s family

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (ADAMS) – An Evansville woman charged with stealing$18, 000 from the family of a dead toddler is due back in court next week. Caroline Rich was in a Vandenburgh County courtroom yesterday to answer charges that she stole money that was supposed to help pay for three-year-old Oliver Dill’s funeral costs.
