Fort Wayne man arrested for hundreds of Xanax pills

Wabash County, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana State Police say a Fort Wayne man was arrested Monday following a traffic stop in Wabash County.
A trooped made the stop after seeing the car speeding on U.S. 24 near CR 700 West. When the officer approached, he smelled the odor of marijuana.

After a search of the vehicle, police found a bag with 286 Xanax pills hidden behind a spare tire in the trunk.
20-year-old Joshua Cobb of Fort Wayne was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and dealing in a controlled substance.

The Wabash County Sheriff’s Department assisted ISP in the traffic stop and arrest.
