Indiana flu deaths hit 22

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – IThe deadly flu season has passed a milestone in Indiana. The state’s Department of Health this week reported that 22 people have died from the flu across the state.

That’s more than last year, but not nearly the 79 people who died at this point in the flu season back in 2018.

The CDC says, nationally, the flu has killed 48-hundred people so far this flu season.
