INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana’s State Superintendent of Schools says most schools across the state are ‘good to go.’
Superintendent Jennifer McCormick said only 31 school districts in the state are starting the school year online-only. The rest, she said, will have kids in classrooms at least a few days a week.
There are worries about gloves and masks, McCormick said, but she thinks most schools are prepared for the coronavirus.
As for kids learning from home, McCormick says schools can’t expect kids to sit in front of a screen for six hours a day.
