GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (ADAMS) – EDUStaff, the acknowledged leader in district satisfaction for K-12 substitute staffing, has now announced a milestone of supporting 521 districts across nine states.
Founded in 2010 and privately owned, EDUStaff manages all aspects of identifying substitute teachers and filling absences for leading school districts across the country. EDUStaff advertises, recruits, screens, trains, places, pays, manages and verifies credentials for each substitute employee they support.
“We at EDUStaff are delighted to reach this milestone of serving districts throughout the country,” said Vice President of Field Operations Isaiah Thaler. “Driven by our core values of excellence, respect and school responsiveness, we have invested and focused on district satisfaction and building partnerships with our customers. This has been the fuel behind our success.”
As part of their nationwide K-12 leading staffing program, EDUStaff provides comprehensive in-person training as well as ongoing support for classroom employees — all at no additional cost to the substitute teacher or the school district. The training for substitute teachers is now offered in more than 30 topical areas, including classroom management skills, active shooter situations, allergy management, and teaching in a special education classroom.
